Our Mission

We at Extracellular aim to contribute to the wellbeing of the people of our community by empowering them to look after their health and to help change behaviour based on the emerging discipline of lifestyle medicine. We utilise our many years of general practice experience to manage a vast array of acute and chronic conditions and then build on conventional medical treatment and our expertise in lifestyle medicine to complement our approach. NHS GP services are under immense pressure and most patients do not receive the time or care that they deserve. We at Extracellular hope to deliver patient-centred, holistic care that meets the needs of the individual.

We believe our approach will lead to improved prevention and treating of lifestyle-related and non-lifestyle related acute and chronic conditions. We want to focus on the lifestyle factors which are the root cause of most chronic illnesses. We believe in supporting positive behavioural change in individuals and improved wellbeing of the public via education and philanthropy.
