Hello, I’m Maria, a certified wellness coach offering Lifestyle Medicine Consultations to help you make meaningful changes to enhance your health and well-being.

My journey began as a GP for the NHS and private practice, supported by a medical degree and a background in neuroscience. Over the years, I’ve deepened my expertise with certifications, including a Diploma in Lifestyle Medicine, Health Coaching, and a Level 3 Life Coaching Diploma. I’m advancing my skills with a Level 5 Diploma in Life Coaching.

After overcoming my health challenges due to an autoimmune condition, I discovered the profound impact of lifestyle changes—not just for myself but also for the many patients and clients I’ve supported. This journey inspired me to dedicate my career to empowering others to lead healthier, more balanced lives.

As a proud member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine (BSLM), the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP), and the UK & International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA), I bring a holistic and trusted approach to my coaching.
