Hello! My name is Helen, The Pharmacist Nutritionist. I’m a Registered Pharmacist and Registered Associate Nutritionist with 24 years of experience working in healthcare. I am passionate about the role of food in health and would love to help you make dietary and lifestyle changes that can improve your long-term health.

Prior to meeting Helen for our initial consultation I completed a detailed food diary which allowed Helen to take a good look at what my diet consisted of over a period of time.
