Private GP Consultations
- Face-to-Face / Video (£85 – 20 mins)
- Consultations with a doctor for various health concerns. (£100 – 30 mins)
Electrocardiogram (ECG)
- Heart tracing: reviewed and reported by a cardiologist
- This can be arranged after seeing one of our doctors
Private GP Visits
- Personalised visit to the patient’s residence
- Private Vists within the Hart District and the North Hampshire area
- Private vists in Altrincham and surrounding areas
Dermatology & Minor Surgery
- Assessment of skin lesions/ skin conditions. (£85 – £100)
- Minor skin surgery (£400 per lesion)
- Joint injections (£100 per joint)

OUR SERVICES & PRICES
PRIVATE GP
- Appointments: £85 for 20 minutes and £100 for 30 minutes(Please note that if a private prescription is given the pharmacy will charge for the cost of the medication. This can be significantly higher than the NHS prescription charge)
- Private Referral letters (included in the fee)
- Blood tests: If appropriate, blood tests can be taken. These are individually priced and a charge of £85 is added for a follow-up consultation to discuss the results. We also offer a routine health check package at a cost of £200 for a full blood count (check for anaemia), kidney function tests, liver function tests, thyroid function, HbA1c (test for diabetes) and a lipid profile (cholesterol and fat levels)
- ECG: £60 for an electrical tracing of your heart that is reported by a cardiologist (heart specialist)

1. What services does Extracellular offer?
Extracellular provides personalised Private GP and Lifestyle Medicine consultations. We also provide Women’s Health (including Menopause), Men’s Health, Dermatology, and minor skin surgery appointments. We offer in-person and via video appointments to accommodate your needs. Please note, that with some conditions in-person appointments are necessary.
2. How much does a Private GP Consultation cost?
Private GP appointments are available for £85 for 20 minutes and 100 for 30 minutes. This fee includes a written private prescription and referral letters. Please note that private prescriptions are charged at the actual cost of the medication, and this can be significantly higher than the NHS prescription charge.
3. What is the cost of Blood Tests?
Our comprehensive blood test package, covering full blood count, kidney function tests, liver function tests, thyroid function, HbA1c (test for diabetes), and a lipid profile, is £200.
Blood tests can be requested, and they will be charged individually in line with the laboratory cost. Please contact us for further information
4. How much does a Private Visit cost?
Visit prices range from £200 per visit in Altrincham and within the Hart District and from £300 per visit beyond the Hart District and in the North Hampshire Area. Please note that due to staff availability and also the safety of our staff, Extracellular reserves the right to decline a home visit request.
5. What are the Dermatology and Minor Surgery costs?
- Assessment of skin lesions and management of general skin conditions: £85 for 20 minutes, £100 for 30 minutes.
- Removal of benign skin lesions, skin tags, lipomas, and cysts, including histology: £400 (includes a follow-up call to discuss results and aftercare).
- Joint injections: £100 per joint

We offer a wider range of diagnostic and screening tests with quicker results, helping you receive a more comprehensive health assessment
7. No Registration Required
Patients using Extracellular’s services do not need to be registered. This gives you the flexibility to choose private care when you need it.
