As many new faces are discovering Extracellular Wellness, this blog reintroduces me, Maria, and explains how wellbeing, health, and life coaching work together to support your transformation.

Meet Maria – Your Wellbeing Coach

My name is Maria, and I am a Wellbeing Coach with qualifications in Health and Life Coaching. I help people to improve their health and general wellbeing and achieve their goals. I used to work as a GP for the NHS and privately. In addition to a medical degree, I also have a degree in neuroscience, a diploma in Lifestyle Medicine, and a diploma in Health Coaching. I have recently completed my Level 3 Life Coach diploma, and I am currently working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Life Coaching. I have always been enthusiastic about helping people improve their health and well-being through lifestyle changes and not just through medication.

After developing an autoimmune condition, I am no longer being able to work as a doctor. Therefore, I turned my focus towards lifestyle medicine, health and life coaching to help people improve their overall well-being, as I have already done for so many patients, clients, and myself.

I can help with weight loss, stress, improving your quality of sleep, dealing with being overwhelmed, achieving your goals, and much more.
